Video conferencing self-built or managed?

Talk about the benefits of video conferencing system, that is why the deployment of enterprise video conferencing system, most people's first reaction is "efficiency" — video conferencing can do for my business with a much improved? my investment can receive more rewarding? video system how much bandwidth-intensive? me how much money needs to be additional effort?
