With Behringer brand Muisc Group announced the acquisition of Bosch communications systems company's United Kingdom brand Midas and Klark Teknik.
Midas and Klark Teknik sale agreement in 2009, signed on 8 December, except purchasing price and details have yet to publish, the transaction is expected to be in 2010 January 31.
Midas and Klark Teknik currently 106 items, under the contract that all 106 things will go to the Music Group, Midas and Klark Teknik brand will continue to exist.
Sai-communication system company Deputy VP Robert Mulatz said the two brands is not suitable for Bosch: "Midas and Klark Teknik in marketplace represents a high-performance and high stability of the mixing desk and signal processors, professional audio field is not a core business of Bosch, because needs and sizes are very small. We believe Music Group also has a passion to make the economy Midas and Klark Teknik growth. Adhering to all potential buyers responsible attitude, we chose the Music Group. ”
Music Group's Chairman Uli Behringer split view of the deal: "I am pleased to be almost shocked, John Oakley and his legendary team, who for many years focused on quality, performance, to customer service attitude that is worthy of my respect. We also want from their achievements in the study, so that Behringer upgrading to a new level. ”
